*To benefit from the reduced registration fee payments must be received by April 15th 2016.
Prices do not include VAT, which is 25% for all participants.
After receiving your application, we shell send payment details for registration.
Cancellation of Registration
All cancellations must be sent to the technical organizer OPTIMA MEDIA (e-mail: info@optimamedia.hr) in written. Refund will be made after the event according to the next policy:
- cancellation before and on 11th June, 2016: 75% refund
- cancellation after 11th June, 2016: no refund
Participants who are unable to attend the congress at the last minute are therefore advised to encourage another member of their staff to attend in their place. The original receipt together with the attendance certificate will be provided in the conference bag.
